These terms cover what you get when you use Art of Interviews and what we expect in return. Art of Interviews is operated by Liquid Digital from Australia. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
What you get when you buy a product
Every paid product (Night Before Toolkit, Story Builder, Complete System, Government System, Graduate System, Second Act System) gives you:
- Permanent digital access for personal use.
- The right to download included PDFs to any device you own.
- Access to the interactive tools tied to that product.
- A one-time grant of AI credits (amount varies by product).
Purchases are for personal, individual use. Don't share, resell, or redistribute the content. If you want a team or organisational licence, see our For Organisations page.
Subscriptions (Passport Pro)
Passport Pro is billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, we don't pro-rate.
If you cancel, your data stays. You lose Pro-only features (always-on AI, multiple resumes, Career Passport) but keep read access to everything you built. You can resubscribe any time and pick up where you left off.
AI credits
AI credits power our coaching, polish, scoring, and tailoring features. Credits are deducted from your balance when you use these features. The cost in credits is shown on every AI button.
- Topup credits never expire.
- Starter credits (granted at free signup) never expire.
- Pro subscription credits reset monthly and don't roll over.
- If an AI request fails on our end, your credits are automatically refunded.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every one-time digital product. If you're not happy, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms. See the Refund Policy for the detail.
Credit topups are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven't used the credits. Pro subscriptions are not refundable for the current billing period but you can cancel future billing at any time.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login. If you suspect unauthorised access, email us and we'll lock the account.
One person per account. Don't impersonate someone else. Don't use Art of Interviews to harass, defraud, or break any law.
Content you create
You own everything you create on Art of Interviews, your stories, your resumes, your career data. We have no ownership claim over any of it.
You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content back to you as part of providing the service. That's the only use we make of it.
Our content
Our guides, frameworks, PDF content, and tool interfaces are copyrighted by Liquid Digital. You can use them freely for your own interviews. You can't republish, modify, or sell them.
AI features
AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude. We don't guarantee the AI output is correct or appropriate for every situation. Treat AI suggestions as a useful first draft, not gospel. You're responsible for the final words you use in interviews.
If you encounter AI output that's wrong, biased, or inappropriate, please tell us so we can improve.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take parts of the system offline for maintenance, usually with notice.
Disclaimers
Art of Interviews is a preparation tool. We don't guarantee any particular interview outcome. Getting a job depends on many things outside our control. Use the system to prepare well, and own the result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Art of Interviews is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost wages, lost job offers, opportunity costs).
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection laws in your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Changes
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll email you and post a notice on the site. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
